Data the app uses

The app stores the shop domain and server-side Shopify session, installation identity, rule definitions, Shopify resource IDs, signed webhook delivery identities, Flow action run identities, setup challenges, trigger lifecycle state, observations, jobs, billing entitlement state, and evidence fingerprints. Lifecycle receipt identities retained after erasure are keyed digests.

The current build requests product-read access for optional product checks. Inventory monitoring is not an active capability or requested scope. The app does not request customer or order data.

Purpose and limits

Data supports merchant-configured outcome checks and signed callbacks from this app’s Flow action. The app cannot inspect arbitrary Flow execution history and does not attribute an observed state to a particular automation.

Retention and deletion

Successful evidence is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Missed and unknown evidence is scheduled for deletion after 90 days, including after paid cancellation while the app remains installed. Active rules remain while installed and entitled. Retained evidence remains available for authenticated export while installed.

Uninstall and Shopify shop-redaction callbacks erase app-owned shop records and server-side sessions. Keyed lifecycle and retry receipts can remain for up to 35 days to reject delayed callbacks without retaining raw Shopify delivery IDs or a plain shop domain. Production backup deletion timing remains a release gate.
